A development of three new houses could be built in a village on the coast.
Aaron Daniell, with an address on Lowestoft Road in Gorleston, has applied to Great Yarmouth Borough Council (GYBC) for outline planning permission to build three houses and relocate stables in Browston.
The site is on land south of Manor Farm Cottage on Browston Lane.
Plans show the houses having two parking spaces each, as well as gardens and garages.
Access would be via Browston Lane.
A document supporting the application states that the proposed dwellings would "constitute a tasteful and stylish addition to the locality which mirrors a similar scheme at the immediately adjacent plot".
The applicant says that the housing would be "an apt use of the land and will not negatively impact the context of the surrounding area".
A decision on the bid is expected by March 13.
