A barn conversion on the Norfolk Broads has been named the best holiday let in East Anglia.
Cobblers Barn is a spacious two-bedroom property which sits in Potter Heigham.
It is surrounded by farmland and boasts a hot tub and an electric vehicle charging point.
The barn was bought by Luke and Sarah Christodoulides and Sarah’s parents Tony and Sandra Pratt in 2019.
The family completed a major renovation and opened the property for bookings in July 2022.
It has proven to be a hit with holidaymakers and has now scooped gold in the Best in East Anglia category at the Sykes Gems Awards 2024.

The awards celebrate the best properties in the UK’s holiday let sector and are judged by a panel of industry experts.
Mr Christodoulides said: “All four of us have worked hard over the years to make Cobblers Barn a success and we really enjoy meeting all the guests that come through our doors.
"We constantly get great feedback from our visitors, but an award like this really does mean a lot.
“Holiday letting is so rewarding and we’d encourage anyone up to the challenge to give it a go.
"We love working together and would recommend a multigenerational approach – each of us has our own strengths, insight and inspiration when it comes to ensuring our guests get the best experience possible.”
James Shaw, managing director of Sykes Holiday Cottages, added: “While it was difficult to choose winners after receiving so many wonderful entries, Cobblers Barn is a clear front-runner that delivers unforgettable breaks for guests."
