Katrin Eindorf-Hill, sales and marketing director for the Hemsby development, said: "We have been working behind the scenes, getting ready to start construction of the next phase at The Dunes and are delighted we can now announce that building has resumed.
"Phase three with one, two and three-bedroom homes is underway.
"This is a very exciting time for us, seeing the community grow and the surrounding area take shape.
"We hope to capture the spirit of the old Pontins - that sense of joy and community - while creating something thoroughly modern and luxurious."
The developer is even planning an event in the hope of galvanising support in the community.

"We are going to hold a community get-together on December 14 with some local baked treats to sample," the sales director added.
"Everyone is welcome to join us and get a feel for the new neighbourhood.
"Creating a community where we build is very close to our hearts and it is great to see our customers settle into their new homes, making them their own."
