A tiny roadside shop in a popular Broadland tourist destination is set to go under the hammer.
The shop, located at 173 Norwich Road in Wroxham, was formerly a successful florist and has a guide price of £80,000 - £100,000.
A property description from Auction House East Anglia says: "Formally this high profile shop was a highly respected florist shop for many years but it is now vacant and ready for a new lease of life."

The auction date is October 23.
Viewing opportunities will start from October 17.
