A property containing a laundry and four flats in a Norfolk town is set to go under the hammer.

The mixed-use building in Northgate Street in Great Yarmouth is available for bidders to battle over at Auction House East Anglia later this month.

The premises includes a double-fronted shop with 2,700 square feet of space, which is currently merged into one business which is a laundrette, and four flats above.

Auction House East Anglia describes it as an "excellent investment opportunity" which has "some considerable uplift potential".

The business, called The Laundry, is currently let until December this year.

The owners of The Laundry were keen to point out that it will be business as usual for the firm despite the potential sale of the building.

The guide price is listed between £240,000 and £260,000 and the auction begins at 11am on October 26.
