A man has been arrested on suspicion of assault in a seaside town.
His arrest follows an incident on Sunday, October 6 in King, Street in Great Yarmouth between 11.15am and 11.21am.
There were reports of a man assaulting a woman and causing injuries to her face.
A man, aged in his 40s, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
He was taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre for questioning and later released on bail until November 15.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident to call 101.
