A 52-year-old aluminium worker was found dead at home, a court heard.
Grant Newson of Ash Drive in Martham, Great Yarmouth, died on September 30.
An inquest into his death was opened at Norfolk Coroner’s Court where the medical cause of death was given as “fatal pressure on the neck”.
A full inquest to determine the official cause will take place next year.
