From "twig and treating" to fairground scares, here are five things to do with the family in Norfolk this Halloween.
1. Twig or Treat at BeWILDerwood
Where: BeWILDerwood, Horning Road, Hoveton, NR12 8JW
When: Each weekend this October and every day from October 28 to October 31
Price: Tickets cost £14.50 and anyone under 92cm can enter for free
Glorious Glowing Lantern Parade is back at BeWILDerwood with visitors invited to dress up in Halloween costumes and wander along the magical light trail.
TheThere is a new concept this year that will put a spin on traditional trick-or-treating.
Families will be able to say "Twig or Treat" to BeWILDerwood characters hiding behind doors along the trail.
Also new for 2024 is the 10-minute show Twig or Treat Tales at the Storytelling Stage.
2. Dippy's Halloween Days
Where: Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure, West Lodge Weston Hall Road, Weston Longville, NR9 5JE
When: October 25 to November 3
Price: Tickets from £21.95, children under 90cm go for free
The 85-acre park is hosting Dippy’s Halloween Days this half-term with mysterious and magical activities taking place every day.
ROARR! Dinosaur Adventure is welcoming the Weston-Smythe School of Dinosaurs and the Undead to the park for a week of unusual hands-on lessons.
PrimEvil is also back for its 15th year at ROARR! on select dates between October 17 and November 2.
3. Sea Life Ascarium
Where: Sea Life Great Yarmouth, Marine Parade, Great Yarmouth, NR30 3AH
When: October 19 to November 3
Price: Tickets start from £18
The Sea Life Centre in Great Yarmouth is becoming an 'ascarium' this Halloween.
Visitors are invited to help the centre's resident Sea Witch and Warlock look after their ocean home and fellow sea creatures by completing magical challenges throughout the aquarium.
Sea defenders will also have the chance to meet the Sea Witch and Warlock and take photos.
4. Halloween Spooktacular
Where: The Hippodrome, St Georges Road, Great Yarmouth, NR30 2EU
When: October 24 to November 3
Price: Tickets start from £13 for children and £20 for adults
Jack Jay and Johnny Mac return for another "spooktacular adventure" at the historic circus in Great Yarmouth this Halloween.
Everyone is encouraged to come in fancy dress as the pair try to save the Hippodrome's cast from evil.
Expect world-class acts, mysterious characters and some Halloween scares.
5. Fairground Frights
Where: The Pleasure Beach, South Beach Parade, Great Yarmouth, NR30 3EH
When: October 26 - October 31
Price: Tickets from £24
The award-winning Fairground Frights is back in Great Yarmouth this Halloween for some more supernatural scares.
Thrillseekers will have to be on guard as scare actors roam the site ready to make you scream.
‘The South Beach Institute Psychiatric Ward' maze is back for 2024 among other hair-raising attractions and Fairground Frights is not recommended for children under the age of 10.
