A village post office will close for seven weeks as it undergoes a refurbishment requiring extensive building works.
Martham Post Office will temporarily close from 12.30pm on Saturday, October 5.
It has been estimated that the works will take seven weeks, with the branch due to re-open at 9am on November 21.

The branch is located on The Green inside the East of England Co-op and allows villagers to access services such as postal delivery, everyday personal and business banking and bill payments.
The closest alternative branch, Rollesby Post Office, is 1.2 miles away, with Ormesby Road Post Office in Hemsby and Bridge Road Post Office in Potter Heigham also nearby.
Damien Haydock, Post Office partner account manager, said: “We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers during the work.
"The safety of our customers is paramount, therefore, to allow for the building work to take place, it is necessary for the service to close temporarily.”
