The A47 was closed in both directions after a serious traffic collision which caused potentially life threatening injuries.
The A47 was closed in both directions between the Runham roundabout A149 Great Yarmouth and the Acle roundabout A1064.
Norfolk Police were called a 5.15pm on Sunday to the crash which happened near Britannia Farm.
It involved a Ford Focus and a motorbike crash.
A spokesperson for the police said: "We are attending a very serious crash on the Acle straight.
We have launched a drone to collect evidential imagery."

The motorbike rider was left with serious injuries and was attended by air ambulance and East of England Ambulance Service.
Their injuries are thought to be potentially life threatening, Norfolk Police said.
East Coast Truckers, a charity that convoys trucks to take children with special needs to Pleasurewood Hills, was diverted after the crash.
The major route reopened six hours later with National Highways confirming no significant delays remained in the area.
