A family-run pub is making sure kids have just as much fun as the adults by giving its indoor play area a major overhaul.
Burgh Hall, on Lords Lane in Burgh Castle, is well known for its outdoor swimming pool, wedding chapel and Sunday carvery.
And now the Southey family, who own and run the establishment, are planning to spend £70,000 on refurbishing its three-tier indoor playground.
David Southey, who runs the venue near Gorleston with his partner Hayley and parents Paul and Pauline, said: "It's a big area that had been let go over the years, and we've just got round to it.
"It used to have a ball pit and a zip line that broke but was never replaced."

Since taking over the pub in 2020, the family has revamped the plaza, toilets and function room.
Plans for the new play area include a section for babies and toddlers - with the hope this will improve weekday trade - and a sensory area.
But the biggest addition will be an artificial football pitch, measuring some 10m by four metres, on the second tier.
Underneath, on the ground level, there will be a small amusement arcade.
The new play area will cost £5 per day while the baby and toddler area will cost £3.
The pub will close for two weeks in November while workers complete the refit.
Mr Southey said that trade over the summer has been great, at least since the weather improved in July.

"What makes us unique is that we're a bar and a restaurant with a play area, but we're always looking for the next thing to improve," he said.
The Southey family, who ran the nearby Kingfisher for 14 years, took over Burgh Hall in January 2020 - only three months before the country went into lockdown.
In January 2022, they opened the venue's swimming pool for cold water dips in the winter months.
