An empty corner shop is available to let, only six weeks after the property was vacated.
The premises is on the ground floor of the Brian Grint Centre on The Street in Acle.
Until June this year, it traded as the Chocolate Box. That business has relocated to the former Wilkerson's hardware shop next to Carter's butchers on Old Road.
A listing on the property website East Commercial says the premises is "a prominent corner situated shop in a village centre".

The shop was refurbished in 2022/23 and according to estate agents "would suit a variety of retail or office uses".
The recent refurbishment works included new doors and windows, lighting, heating, fire detection and security alarm systems.
The Brian Grint Centre is named after a well-known local historian and parish councillor who died in 2020.
The building, which was renamed at a special ceremony in June 2022, is a community hub which also houses the Acle Foodbank.
