First-time fathers-to-be can now attend free informative ante-natal workshops.
The Norfolk men's charity, MensCraft, has organised these sessions, perfect for new dads to understand what to expect when stepping into parenthood.
Starting in July, the 3-hour workshops will be hosted on Saturday mornings in both Norwich and Great Yarmouth.
These workshops are recommended for soon-to-be fathers with babies due between August 2024 and March 2025.

Andy Wood, from MensCraft, said: "These workshops have been designed in response to what men have told us they wished they knew when becoming a new dad.
"We cover things such as how to prepare for birth and what comes next and how to look after your baby and your partner."
After the workshops, MensCraft is also offering continuous support via WhatsApp and a telephone check-in at six weeks.
Interested parties can find more details or book a place at menscraft.org.uk.
These workshops can happen due to the funding received from Norfolk Community Foundation.
