A man in a wheelchair is facing trial at Norwich Crown Court following a violent altercation with a police officer.
Michael McQueen, 37, of Hall Quay in Great Yarmouth, has been charged with assaulting an emergency worker, using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour.
He appeared at Norwich Magistrates Court on Wednesday, May 22.

His case was adjourned until June 19 when he will appear at Norwich Crown Court to make a plea ahead of a trial.
The dispute follows an incident on St Peter's Road in Great Yarmouth, on Monday, May 20, when video appeared to show a police officer punch a man in a wheelchair.
The officer has not been suspended but is not currently at work, Norfolk Police said.
