There was a police presence in a Great Yarmouth street following an incident on bank holiday Monday.
Police were called to Apsley Road, close to the seafront, at 2.17pm yesterday following reports of an assault and theft.
Eyewitnesses said they had seen armed officers on the street and questioning people.

A police spokeswoman confirmed officers attended and searched the area, adding that the victim of the assault did not require medical treatment.
One teenage boy was arrested on suspicion of assault and theft and was taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre where he remains.
A man in his 20s was also arrested in connection with the incident on suspicion of possession of a class B drug and breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
He was also taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre and has since been released on bail until July 22, 2024.
