The owners of a unique guesthouse are hoping a relaunch spells a turnaround in fortunes for Norfolk's first ever wizard-themed hotel.
The Hotel of Wizardry opened in 2021 on Trafalgar Road in Great Yarmouth promising a spellbinding stay by the sea.
The former B&B has even appeared on the popular Channel 4 bed and brekkie show 'Four in a Bed'.
But it was forced to close last year after the resignation of a former manager - and now the owners are hoping to conjure up some excitement as they reopen the venue.

Darren Woods, who owns the hotel with his business partner Ian Whitfield, said: "We're ready to roll again."
While the hotel was "fully booked all the time" when open, it did not live up to their vision for a memorable magical experience, he said.
"It was challenging. We made some mistakes. We had a dream but it didn't go as planned in the beginning.
"Now we just want it to work. The challenge now is to keep it exciting and it will definitely be exciting now," Mr Woods said.
There will be games and activities with visits from magicians and wand-making workshops where people, including non-residents, can paint and decorate their own piece of magic.
The hotel has a trio of suites, each sleeping six people - all with a different wizard theme.
Mr Woods is also planning to open a second, similarly themed hotel on the same road, at number 13.
"We will ask the community to help us transform it with their ideas. Artists are welcome and we would love to have a mural painted on the gable wall."
And what does Mr Woods think of JK Rowling?
"I think she is amazing. She supports many charities," he said.
"My friend has the Tope project in Hackney and I met her at an event against knife crime.
"She gives back and that’s what’s it’s all about."
The Hotel of Wizardry is open again for bookings. One suite, with sleeps six people, costs £142 per night.
