A street food business is set to launch a new pub kitchen residency as it embarks on the "next stage of its journey".
The owner of The StreetFood Box has announced he will be taking over the kitchen of the Belle Vue Inn in Gorleston from the Easter weekend.
Matthew Dawkins said the business' signature dishes of smash burgers and loaded fries will be on offer at the new venue, as well as more traditional pub meals such as fish and chips, curries, chillis, sandwiches and jacket potatoes.

Mr Dawkins has run his own catering business for around 16 years but the modern StreetFood Box model was born during the pandemic when lockdowns cancelled around 120 of his bookings in one year.
He started selling street food dishes from his home kitchen and was soon offered pitches in the car parks of pubs that were not allowed to open during restrictions.
For a year and a half, he ran a pop-up at Epic Studios in Norwich and eventually opened a permanent unit in the Castle Quarter food hall.
"It's been really good fun," Mr Dawkins said. "But now it's time to start the next stage of our journey and really look into what is going to grow our business.
"We thought taking over pub kitchens would be a good step."
The first, at Acle Social Club, was a success - so when one of his family members noticed a vacancy at the Belle Vue in Gorleston, Mr Dawkins was quick to put himself forward.

These projects have coincided with his launch of the On The Go Cookie Doh shop on the Great Yarmouth Pavillion pier.
Mr Dawkins said his achievements had all been down to "a phenomenal family effort" and particularly thanked his wife Amanda.
He added: "It's all very well me spending a day in a unit painting walls - but it makes all the difference to have someone to support you and look after you when you get home."
