Plans to turn disused barns into a storage business have been blocked after it faced backlash from villagers who worried increased traffic would make the road unsafe.
The owners of Hall Farm in Martham hoped to turn a number of former agricultural buildings that are no longer in use into self-storage sites - facilities the developer said were lacking in the area.
As well as converting the barns, 40 storage containers would have also been placed at the location to be used by the business.

However, the application was met with several objections from villagers who lived around Hall Road, which links the village of Martham to the farm site and passes alongside several homes.
Neighbours wrote to Great Yarmouth Borough Council, highlighting their fears that it would lead to increased traffic travelling to the site, potentially putting families and children in danger.
Following the objections, officers at the council agreed that it would not be a suitable location for the business and that it would have an "adverse effect" on the highway network.
It was refused permission by the authority.
