A village pub has reopened with a new look after a £200,000 investment from an award-winning company.
The Gate in Caister-on-Sea has had several landlords in recent years and reopened on Tuesday with new operators Darron and Shane at the helm.
The experienced duo are "excited to be part of the pub's new chapter" and want to provide a space to enjoy weekly entertainment events and live sports.
“I am a big sports fan and look forward to watching the games with everyone, there is a lot of fun to be had at this community hub," Shane said.

The £200,000 investment from the Craft Union Pub Company has seen the pub's interior and exterior refreshed and a new darts board and pool table added.
Darron added: “Our investment has breathed a new lease of life into The Gate and we are so excited to be part of the pub's new chapter."
To celebrate the reopening, a grand launch party will take place from February 13 to February 18 with live music, DJs and karaoke.
