A gallery has been forced to go up for sale after its funding was slashed.
The Yare Gallery in South Quay in Great Yarmouth has been put up for sale by the Great Yarmouth Preservation Trust.
The gallery, which opened in 2021, was reliant on funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund and the government's Culture Recovery Fund - all of which got cut in 2023.

Soaring costs from wages, utility bills, maintenance and insurance led the charity to lose tens of thousands of pounds every year.
Bernard Williamson chair of the Great Yarmouth Preservation Trust said: "The trust received no support or subsidy from the local authority or other bodies.

"The regeneration benefits of such an asset are a huge drain on our resources and led trustees to put the building on the market.
"It is hoped that the gallery will therefore continue with a new owner."
In the meantime, the gallery is using a different model of renting the space to artists and creatives to hold exhibitions as a means of keeping the area going.
The property has gone up for sale with East Commercial for just under £300,000.
Mr Williamson: "Funds from the sale will be used to support other preservation trust projects such as the Iron Duke restoration."
