A man is appealing against a council's refusal of his bid to build a roof extension.
Last month, Great Yarmouth Borough Council rejected a planning application to remove a roof from a house on Station Road South in Belton.
The applicant wanted to replace the roof with a higher pitch and raised eaves to form accommodation - but planners said the proposal was "jarring and uncomfortable".
According to the borough council's planning portal, the application has now been appealed - which means it will be considered by the planning inspectorate.
