A crane is in situ and the steel frame for a section of a new luxury nursing home in Great Yarmouth is in place.
Development continues at the site of the new Eversley Lodge on North Denes Road, with much of the groundwork taking shape.
The ongoing construction of the new lodge's steel frame gives a sign of how the finished building will look.
The former 18-bedroom Eversley Nursing Home was demolished in May to make way for a modern centre with 42 rooms with en suite facilities.
The new build, which will welcome residents in late 2024, will stand on the site of the former nursing home and the Arden Court Hotel, which was demolished in 2018.
Eversley Lodge owner Kingsley Healthcare confirmed Eversley's existing residents have been temporarily relocated to other care homes in the area while the revamp takes place.
The new 42-bedroom nursing home will be spread across three floors, with improved amenity areas, three lounges, a hair salon, and a new catering kitchen.
A reception area with a café and a large staff meeting/training room are also included in the design.
