A village in the Broads is still facing 'major problems' after some of its worst flooding in years.
Potter Heigham has been battling floodwaters since last week saw Storm Ciarán coincide with high water levels on the River Thurne.
Paul Rice, flood warden, said: "We have major problems to deal with. We're playing the waiting game at the moment."
On Monday afternoon (November 6), the floodwaters had not receded and volunteers were pumping water from Herbert Woods into drains in Latham's carpark.
But Mr Rice said it is "a delicate balance" trying to weigh up the possibility of damage to cars parked at Herbert Woods and damage to Latham's stores.
He said they have not been able to open the flood barriers over the past 48 hours due to water levels.
Recent weather has meant that Mr Rice has been on duty everyday since October 12.
He said: "Bearing in mind we're all volunteers, we're all very tired. But we can't stop until the water is gone. Then it's a mopping up operation.
"We're hoping with the dry spell some of the water will go away," he added.
