A guest house that is promoted as having a Harry Potter theme is up for sale in Great Yarmouth.
The Wizardry Hotel in Trafalgar Road showcased its unusual decor on Channel 4's Four in a Bed earlier this year. Its owner said he hoped to turn the concept into a national chain.
Each bedroom in the £269,950 property has its own magical references.
One is decorated like Hagrid's hut with a wood-effect wallpaper covering it from top to bottom.

Another takes its inspiration from the library, featuring a four-poster bed and wallpaper that looks like a grand bookcase.
A Potions class-themed room has a shelf with bottles and vials painted on the wall and a Hogwarts room boasts a large mural of the school and a fire-breathing dragon.
The Forest Suite aims to remind guests of the Forbidden Forest and is accessible through an enclosed corridor space decorated with woodland wallpaper.
Further nods to the franchise are scattered around, including a bathroom mirror that makes the person in front of it look like a moving 'wanted' poster.
The seaside guest house is on the market with Bycroft Estate Agents who suggest a viewing is needed "to fully appreciate the style and quality of the accommodation on offer".
