Sausage rolls are selling fast at a bakery in Great Yarmouth as new business owners take "the opportunity of a lifetime".
Opening at the end of August, Bakery Coffee Shop on Northgate Street has started to build a regular customer base who keep coming back for the sausage rolls.
Co-owner Ana-Maria Cosnete, 35, is familiar with the area, having worked at the neighbouring shop, Le Chateau, for nearly three years.
Pamela Jaynes hairdresser unit went on the market at the beginning of the year, Miss Cosnete and her partner jumped at the chance.
When the former"It was the opportunity of a lifetime," said Miss Cosnete.
"We wanted to be our own boss. And this place was available, so we just went for it."
The new business owner said the bakery, which sells rolls, pastries and doughnuts, instantly sparked an interest from people nearby.
"We sell out of sausage rolls everyday," she said.
"Business continues to pick up and we are building a good regular customer base.
"It has been very nice to start offering breakfasts too."

Adding seating to the premises, Bakery Coffee Shop now offersMiss Cosnete said she and her partner are currently looking into providing hot dinners for delivery later in the year.
"It's been a lot to get on with and being open seven days a week, I am very busy," she added.
"But we really can't complain."
Bakery Coffee Shop is open Monday to Saturday from 6am until 1pm and Sunday from 10am until 2pm.
The area remains popular for independent eateries, including The Wanger, Jessie's Diner and the recently opened Brazilian Lounge on Estcourt Road.
Further down Northgate Street is Shearings Bakery, which took over the former premises of JD Bales and Son in 2020. The previous business had operated from the site for 150 years before closing in 2019.
