An event space in an area earmarked for regeneration in Great Yarmouth will go under the hammer.

The former Kingdom Hall at 45 North Quay will be up for auction with Auction House East Anglia on November 1 with a guide price of between £90,000 and £100,000.

The property is next to the soon-to-start "once in a generation" development to turn North Quay into a Riverside Gateway.

Current owner Miranda Telfer bought the hall from the Christian Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 2016.

She said: "It is a lovely space and one I wanted to expand.

"We had a loyal group of users, but Covid prevented that from happening."
