Hundreds of homes in east Norfolk have been left without electricity.
UK Power Networks has confirmed an unexpected power cut in Bradwell, Great Yarmouth, has affected more than 300 homes in the area.
The reason for the outage is not currently known and technicians are working to restore the supply as soon as possible.
It estimates power will be restored by 6.30pm to 7.30pm this evening but it may take longer.
Customers are advised to keep a torch with spare batteries in the house for such occurrences as well as a fully charged mobile phone.
