Great Yarmouth firefighters will be showcasing their lifesaving skills at an open day this Saturday.
The town's fire station on Friars Lane will be open for families or people interested in the fire service between 10am and 4pm.
Firefighters will be tackling chip pan fires and showing people how they rescue people from cars and how they use aerial ladders to tackle blazes from a height.
Children will also be able to 'splat the rat' and 'soak the firefighter'.
There will also be a raffle and refreshments.
All funds raised go to the Firefighters Charity.
