A pub in a quaint Norfolk village is seeking new landlords - are you up to the task?
The Kings Head in Belton, only five miles from the seafront at Gorleston and Great Yarmouth, is looking for publicans to take over the premises which is also home to Valerie's Tea Room.
Described as a "well-established" pub with a "quality food offering", the free house features a large function room for events and private dining, as well as coming equipped with an on-site trade kitchen.
Inside, the pub is open plan but separated into a drinking area and dining space which can seat around 40 people.
Another function room can be found to the side of the building which features its own bar.

Accompanying the pub is a first-floor flat, comprising four double bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and office.
The grounds feature a patio area and a grassed area that has space for 10 picnic-style benches.
A large car park at the front has space for approximately 20 vehicles, with street parking available close by.
Available with the Stonegate Group, the pub has a potential yearly turnover of £357,000.
It remains open while it looks for new tenants.
