A 28-year-old man has been sentenced to four months in prison for the cultivation of a Class B drug in Great Yarmouth.
Adriatik Vata, of no fixed abode, was arrested on June 30 after police were called to a property on Nelson Road Central and discovered around 55 cannabis plants.
After Vata's original court hearing was adjourned, he pled guilty at Norwich Magistrates' Court on August 3.
He was sentenced to four months in prison and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £154 victim surcharge.
Vata had been arrested at the property alongside a man and a woman in their 40s and a man in his 30s.
Police had been called to reports of a burglary at a property in Nelson Road Central.
They subsequently discovered around 55 cannabis plants after entering the property.
The other people who were arrested in connection to the incident and taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre for questioning have since been released under investigation.
