An industrial unit close to Great Yarmouth's third river crossing is available to rent.
Yard space, a workshop and an office inside the former Potteries Building on Charles Street are now available for rent with Great Yarmouth Borough Council.
The building, which used to be the home of the now-defunct business Alma Ironworks, stands less than 1km away from the Herring Bridge which is due to open later this year.
The site also neighbours Blackwell Print, which was recently taken over by new owners.
The former Potteries property consists of a rear single-storey workshop of a concrete panel and post construction under a pitched asbestos cover roof.
The workshop is unheated, with concrete floor slabs and doors to the rear. It is to the side of the brick office block, which has a felt flat roof.
There is also some lighting inside the premises, but all electrics have been disconnected. Mains electricity may be connected.
The buildings stand on a plot of approximately 810 square metres with car parking to the side and rear with space for four to five cars.
