Explore hidden gems and go behind the scenes in some of Norfolk’s most well-known buildings as Heritage Open Days return for 2023.
This annual celebration of culture takes place across England and the Norfolk programme is coordinated by The Forum in Norwich.
This year's festival will take place from Friday, September 8 until Sunday, September 17, featuring more than 200 free events.

Norfolk brochures can be collected now from The Forum, from libraries and other locations across the county, or virtually at norfolkheritageopendays.co.uk

With events from Great Yarmouth to Thetford, visitors can explore boats, theatres, abbeys, parks, windmills, churches, railways, old hospitals and much more.
The Forum will also be hosting an exhibition celebrating the centenary of The Norwich Society.
Katie Ellis, Norfolk Heritage Open Days producer, said: "Norfolk is an amazing county, with a rich history, and Heritage Open Days is a brilliant opportunity for everyone to celebrate and explore this for free."
The theme for Heritage Open Days 2023 is 'Creativity Unwrapped' and booking for the pre-book events opens on Monday, August 21 at 10am.
