Part of an office building in Great Yarmouth could be converted into housing.
DPKBV Ltd wants to turn the first floor of Vauxhall House, near the railway station on Old Acle Road, into two flats.
The property is a T-shaped office building with two storeys which became vacant earlier this year.
The last known occupier was a cash-for-clothes business.

The proposal is to retain office and commercial use on the ground floor while converting the first-floor offices to residential use under permitted development rights.
The building has previously been handed an improvement notice by Great Yarmouth Borough Council.

A statement submitted to planners says the flats would provide two-bedroom homes which "are in demand by local families and professionals alike".
The price would be "more affordable and suitable for first-time buyers", they say.
A decision on the bid is expected by August 3.
In February, planners refused a bid to develop six flats in the building by constructing an extension and an additional storey.
