Free suits and haircuts are being offered to people looking for jobs in Great Yarmouth.
Take A Chance On Me, a new employment and volunteering initiative based in the town, is hoping to smooth the path for jobseekers.
Founder Trevor Saunders came up with the idea after running a food bank for the last three years.
The organisation is offering free food parcels and interview haircuts by Razor Kings.
Slater Menswear has donated around 400 brand new business suits and other interview clothes.
The charity will loan suits to anyone enrolled with them for an interview, and they get to keep the clothing if they are successful and gain employment.
Mr Saunders said: "We wanted to help people make a sustainable change to their circumstances. It has been clear that many people using our services wanted to take control of their futures but needed a bit of help getting there."
Mr Saunders has been assisting people in Great Yarmouth with his non-profit organisation Mandalay Wellbeing Community Interest Company since 2017.
His new venture is planning to help employers find suitable candidates for interviews. After having open and honest conversations with both businesses and jobseekers, the charity will arrange a face-to-face interview.
"It really works well and hopefully we can help people grow their confidence and take that next step," Mr Saunders said.
Barclays Bank hosted a launch evening at Hotel Ocean attended by businesses such as The Pleasure Beach, Warners Holidays, other hospitality venues and businesses.
"It was a great success, and many of the businesses are willing to offer face-to-face interviews for people who register with us," said Mr Saunders.
Mr Saunders said they would love to work with a female clothing retailer along similar lines.
