New aerial photos show progress at the construction site of a new £15m ward at the James Paget hospital.
The new unit, which is said to offer a glimpse of the site's future, is located at the north end of the grounds and is scheduled to open officially on Thursday, May 25.
The project is entering the last days of its internal fit-out with the building now largely complete.
The opening ceremony will be conducted by Dame Ruth May, the Chief Nursing Officer for England.

In 2020, the hospital was selected to be one of 40 new hospitals built across England by 2030.
The ward - which will have two four-bed bays and 20 single bedrooms with windows, en suite facilities and space for visitors to stay - will provide a blueprint for how inpatients will receive care at the new James Paget.
In December, modules forming the main ward area were installed. At the end of January, 11 roof modules were installed, which will house the mechanical and electrical equipment required to run the ward.
