A husband and wife from Attleborough have transformed a traditional Great Yarmouth guesthouse into luxury short-stay apartments.
Stephen and Jenna Randall bought the former Trotwood guesthouse on North Drive in December last year.
The duo have spent £300,000 renovating the building and have got their new business up and running in only four months.
The newly-named Rampart consists of nine modern suites, with each containing a bedroom, lounge, kitchenette and en suite bathroom.
Former construction project manager Mr Randall, 40, said he aims to "bring something a little bit different" to the town.

"There's no doubt The Trotwood was a successful and much-loved guesthouse," he said.
"But we want to offer a fresh alternative to the traditional hotel room."
The insides have been overhauled, with walls knocked down, and new layouts added, giving the property a modern makeover which will keep the building fit for the next 30 years.
However, some of the building's traditional features, such as the hallway tiles, coving and the rooms' bay windows, have been restored.
The Rampart's suites are self-catering and suitable for work-stay visitors and holidaymakers. The suites are kitted out with hi-tech ovens, induction hobs and air conditioning throughout. Rooms also have sitting areas, dining areas and 24-hour security.

"We've worked tirelessly to repurpose this beautiful building," said Mr Randall.
"It's been given a new lease of life for the next generation and we're really pleased with the way it's turned out.
"We're very keen to get started and promote the area."
Mrs Randall, 38, said the first part of the year had been very full-on.
"We've been putting in seven-day weeks and so much work has gone into The Rampart," she said.
"But it's a home away from home and we want to share what Yarmouth has to offer."
