A Great Yarmouth business has been honoured in the first-ever King's Awards for Enterprise.
GeoAcoustics has been honoured with the first ever King’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade.
The firm manufactures hydroacoustic technology - for uses such as marine surveying for climate change research, search and rescue and seafloor mapping - from their Shuttleworth Close premises near Gapton Hall retail park.
GeoAcoustics, which employs 22 people, is one of 148 organisations nationally to be recognised with a prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise.
General manager Richard Dowdeswell said it was a proud moment for GeoAcoustics to be recognised for its international business performance.

The awards, previously known as the Queen's Award for Enterprise, have been running for 57 years.
