Land beside a long-gone pub in Great Yarmouth is going under the hammer in May.
Three lots next to the former Trinity Arms on Southgates Road is up for auction with Auction House East Anglia on May 4 and has a guide price of between £30,000 and £50,000.
Two of the lots - 12 and 12a Southgates Road - were previously semi-detached buildings which had been demolished by April 2012. The third lot - 13 Southgates Road - is currently a parking area.
Auction House East Anglia said the 242 square metres of land has the potential to be developed into a range of uses, "subject to necessary consents".

The former Trinity Arms, which is not included in the lot, existed as a pub for more than 120 years before closing in April 1963.
Further down Southgates Road, Trinity Quay opened at a similar time to the pub in the mid-1800s.
Trinity House, the official authority for lighthouses in England, Wales, the Channel Islands and Gibraltar, had a storage depot at Trinity Quay from 1841. The Yarmouth storage depot was closed in 2003.
