A fish and chip shop in a coastal village is to be sold at an auction.
Trisha's Chippy in California, near Great Yarmouth, and an adjoining cottage are being offered for a guide price of between £150,000 and £170,000.
Auction House East Anglia is marketing the California Road site for an auction next month.
A statement on its Facebook page said: "This seaside fish and chip shop was very successfully run by the owner until their retirement, then tenanted for a short while but the freehold of the shop and the adjoining one/two bedroom cottage is being offered to new investors or owner occupiers with vacant possession."
The guide price is between £150,000 and £170,000,
Auction House East Anglia says the site of the fish and chip shop and cottage is to be sold by auction on May 4.
