A new coffee shop will open opposite the construction site of 30 new houses in Great Yarmouth.

Great Yarmouth Borough Council has approved a bid to change the use of a lock-up storage unit in Estcourt House on Estcourt Road.

The applicant, Paulo Lourerio, with an address in Lowestoft, is planning to reopen the premises as a coffee shop and cafe.

A sign above the door of the building appears to be calling the new cafe 'Brazilian Lounge'.
