A two-bedroom terrace house in Great Yarmouth has featured on BBC's Homes Under the Hammer.
Tommy Walsh visited the seaside town to see the house go up for auction with a guide price of £100,000.
It was bought in June 2022 by British Army paratrooper and part-time property developer Ryan.
He planned to add another layer of bricks to the back extension to make it regulation compliant, replace the polystyrene ceiling tiles and give it a more modern look.

Revisiting two months later, Ryan had painted the front of the house, brought it in line with building regulations and knocked through between the kitchen and dining room.
Chris Bailey from Auction House East Anglia said in September 2022 that the property could sell for £160,000 and rent for £750pcm.
Homes Under the Hammer is a daytime BBC show that visits properties across the country that are available for purchase by auction.
It then follows the journey of buyers as they renovate their properties.
