Firefighters have been called to an empty hotel building in Great Yarmouth to reports of a fire.
The incident at the Star Hotel was reported to Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service at 9.33am.
Fire crews from Great Yarmouth, Gorleston, Martham and appliances from Suffolk Fire and Rescue attended the scene.
Hose reel jets were used to extinguish the fire.
The Grade II-listed Star Hotel on Hall Quay has been closed since March 2020, when the Covid pandemic led to national lockdowns.
Since its closure, the hotel has seen graffiti on the inside of its windows, several fires - including a suspected arson attack in August 2022 - and at least two sets of "urban explorers" making their way into the property and sharing images online.
Great Yarmouth Borough Council is currently seeking legal advice to determine the future of the landmark hotel building.
