A successful fish and chip shop in Caister is going up for auction.
The much-loved Beach Road Chippy had served the village for more than 40 years.
However, its owner announced their plans to retire last year, and the building is set to go under the hammer with a guide price of £150,000 to £170,000 with Auction House East Anglia on March 22.
A spokesperson for Auction House East Anglia said: "This well-used building is seeking some refurbishment and offers many uses."
It has been said the property's upstairs space has the potential to be converted into a residence.
As well as the retail and two dining areas, the ground floor contains toilets and a kitchen with a separate preparation area.
The first floor also has two storage rooms. Outside there is a garden and courtyard space.
In September, the chip shop was on the market for £220,000.
At that time, the owner said they hoped to hand the property over to someone who would continue their legacy or had the "passion" to create a brand new business.
