The new owners of a popular Great Yarmouth cafe say they hope to add some extra sizzle to the business.
Cameron Silom and Hannah Searby took over the Wanger cafe on Northgate Street at the end of January.
Mr Silom said business has been picking up since they took over, with many customers making a return to the business for the first time in years.
"People are coming back to the place and seem happy with some of the changes," said Mr Silom, 28.
"We've been told things have improved a lot and that's great to hear. We definitely want to make the place a go-to for people looking for a cup of tea or a home cooked meal."
The cafe is offering a 10pc discount and a free cup of tea or coffee for pensioners.
"We're very aware of the ongoing cost of living situation and we are trying different ways to help keep costs for customers low," Mr Silom said.
The cafe is also offering £1 meals on weekdays, Sundays and school holidays for under-fives with paying adults.
Mr Silom added: "It is so exciting for us to be here.
"Ever since she was little, Hannah has always dreamed of running a cafe of her own.
"And with the history The Wanger has in the area, I think this is a great spot to do it. This cafe is an institution and we are looking forward to making this place better than ever."
The Wanger is open 6.30am until 4.30pm Monday to Saturday, and 8am until 4.30pm. Delivery is available.
Further down Northgate Street, the former New Norfolk Kitchen Diner has re-opened under new management as Jessie's Diner.
The diner's new owner has also introduced menu items and discounts to help people manage during the cost of living crisis.
