The team behind two new night venues on Great Yarmouth seafront are celebrating a successful weekend launch.

The Buddha Club and Glama Live Lounge celebrated their launch inside the Tower Complex on the Golden Mile on Friday, February 10 with a masked ball.

The opening weekend is said to have had a complete sell-out on the Saturday night, as partygoers enjoyed floor-fillers by DJs from the UK and Portugal.

Organised by Afterhourz events, the themed nights at Buddha Club and Glama focus on more interactive events and party games.

Afterhourz co-founder Ruben Cruz said: "It was great to see such a diverse audience - from people aged from 18 to 70, and from English to Turkish.

"We are creating something wonderful here."

"We cannot wait to welcome everyone inside our beautiful venues."

The next theme night is Saturday, February 25, and the theme will celebrate Mardi Gras Carnival with party games and glow body and face painting artists on hand.
