Two comedy stars are joining forces to support an appeal to help a team of Norfolk lifesavers get a new vessel.
Jim Davidson and Bobby Davro will be performing at Great Yarmouth's Britannia Pier in April in support of Caister Lifeboat.
The gig on the night of Sunday, April 30 will help raise funds for Caister Lifeboat's appeal to build a £1.6m new Medina class vessel and its associated launching equipment.
The comedian, who shot to fame in the late 1970s and hosted several primetime BBC programmes including The Generation Game and Big Break, said returning to Great Yarmouth is always nostalgic.
He says he is always pleased to support the brave lifeboat team, which he has called a "terrific bunch".
Mr Davro has also performed at the Britannia Pier.
A statement from Britannia Pier said: "Two of Britain’s most successful comedy legends of all time Jim Davidson and Bobby Davro are coming to Yarmouth.
"They are joining forces to bring you a fabulous evening of fun and laughter in support of the Caister Lifeboat charity appeal.
"This is a one-off event, with all proceeds donated in aid of a new Caister lifeboat."
The show is strictly for adults only. Tickets cost £27.
