Police officers poured away alcohol after seizing cans from two men in a park in Great Yarmouth.
Officers from the community policing and safer neighbourhood teams were on foot patrol in the town on Wednesday (January 4).
They targeted the Market Place, St George's Park and Middlegate after these places were identified during a recent police priority setting meeting.
In St George's Park, two officers spoke to two men who were drinking alcohol, which was seized and disposed of.
The men were warned about Great Yarmouth Borough Council's Public Space Protection Order in place in the area.
The order prevents the drinking of alcohol in public in a bid to tackle antisocial behaviour.
Policy priority setting meetings take place every few months and residents are welcome to attend, with details on Great Yarmouth Police's social media feeds.
