A former pub located near Great Yarmouth's third river crossing development is back up for auction at a lower price.
The property, which was formerly the Albert Tavern, has been converted into offices and four self-contained apartments.
It will go under the hammer on Wednesday, February 8, with a new guide price of £330,000.
Spread over two floors, the Southgates Road property has three part-converted office suites on the ground floor, as well as a two-bedroom flat with a large open-plan lounge/kitchen and a private bathroom.
On the first floor is an office, store room and three flats, each containing a kitchen, lounge and bathroom.
One flat has two bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom.
Auction House East Anglia said it expected there to be significant demand for the accommodation once work on the nearby £120m bridge is complete.
The old Albert Tavern recently underwent an extensive revamp, with double glazing and an electric heating system added.
