Yorkshire pudding wraps stuffed with all the trimmings will be served up every Sunday at a pub that recently had its kitchen taken over.
Hungry Hugo's now has a permanent base at the Tramway pub in Lowestoft Road, Gorleston.
It is owned by Liam Frosdick, 21, who launched his pop-up street food business earlier this summer.
And after such a successful start, he said he is looking forward to expanding his food offering now that he can work from a fully functioning kitchen.
"I was doing pop-ups which I love but the only problem is how long it takes to set everything up and pack away again," he said.
"Being mobile limits what you can do and in the winter no one wants to stand outside in the cold to eat.
"You want to be somewhere warm with a pint and good food.
"So I got in touch with the Tramways and asked if they would be happy for me to take over the kitchen."
Throughout the week Mr Frosdick will be serving up his Hungry Hugo's classics with burgers, chicken wings, loaded fries and slow-cooked meats.
But on Sundays, it will be roast dinners only or the option of a Yorkshire pudding wrap stuffed with beef, pork or gammon, cauliflower cheese, roasties and cranberry red cabbage.
The kitchen will be open from Tuesday to Thursday, 3pm to 9pm, Friday to Saturday, 12pm to 9pm, and Sundays for roast dinners, 12pm until 7.30pm.
Hungry Hugo's - named after Mr Frosdick's dog Hugo - officially launched at the pub on Friday, November 18.
He added: "People are loving the food and the roast dinners went down a treat on Sunday.
"We sold out by about 6.30pm, which was amazing.
"Now I have this space, this could be the start of something really big.
"From the feedback, we have had it’s already off to an amazing start. It's really exciting."
Bookings for private Christmas events are also being taken, with a three-course festive menu.
