Surplice Frederick

The Family of the late Frederick Surplice would like to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and lorry drivers for the messages of sympathy and flowers following their sad loss. Special thanks to Rev. John Greenway for a comforting service, Messrs. Brundish and Son for the funeral arrangements, also Sue for the lovely buffet, and to the Sportsmans. Grateful thanks to Ward 5 for their care and compassion. Jane would also like to thank her two dear Daughters, Grandson and Families for all they did for Fred whilst in hospital, she dont know what she would have done without them.
